They arrested Taylor Wardlaw to investigate his murder. Eddie Brown, 30, is charged with being an accessory in the death of the Columbia Police Department, officials declare. Sims 26 last seen Dec. 20 in Columbia on Ervin Street in Columbia. According to policereports, his partner Wardlaw reported Sims missing the night of Dec. 22. The body was found near an area of a creek along Monticello Road Wednesday, and the Richland County Coroner Naida Rutherford has confirmed that the corpse belonged to Sims. Skip Holbrook, the chief of Columbia Police says Wardlaw has been accused of murder as well as possessing a firearm in the execution of a violent offense. According to the police report, Sims was fatally shot several times. In response, the Columbia Police Department released the next tweet in response to the community's request to help.
